Aquí puede usted encontrar foros de discusión sobre diversos temas relacionados con la Psicología. Para participar en dichos foros los pasos pueden variar de una lista a otra pero el siguiente formato es compatible con la mayoría de ellas, los pasos que tiene que seguir son los siguientes:

a) Elabore un e-mail dirigido a la direccion del listserv.

b) Deje en blanco el espacio correspondiente a "subject".

c) En el "cuerpo" del mensaje escriba:

subscribe (listserv) (nombre_apellidos)

o

join (listserv) (nombre_apellidos)

las instrucciones de suscripción pueden variar de una lista a otra, en este documento se indican las instrucciones necesarias para la suscripción en cada una de ellas.

donde:

(listserv) = nombre del foro
(nombre_apellidos) = su nombre y apellidos
Ambos deben ir sin los parentesis.

d) No escriba nada mas. No lo firme.

e) Envielo!

Normalmente recibirá un fichero con las instrucciones para darse de baja en el foro de discusión guardelo para futuras consultas, especialmente si no está familiarizado con foros de discusión. Esto le podrá parecer una pérdida innecesaria de espacio en el disco, pero cuando pase más tiempo y no recuerde cuales son las listas a las que está suscrito o cuando necesite conocer el comando para dejar la lista temporalmente en vacaciones para evitar que su buzón se llene de mensajes, se alegrará de haber guardado esta información. Lo mejor es que cree un nuevo directorio en su programa de correo en donde almacene los mensajes de confirmación de la suscripción así como los mensajes de bienvenida que posteriormente le podrán llegar del "Owner" propietario de la lista.
